Intevoo is a digital platform allowing users to create:
- digital CVs,
- interactive portfolios,
- AI-generated cover letters,
- as well as access a job offer module and an international talent pool.
Intevoo is operated by:
Intevoo Technologies, a company founded by Cheick KONATÉ, operating from Canada (New Brunswick) and offering its services internationally, notably in France and Côte d'Ivoire.
2. Purpose of these Terms
These Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU) govern:
- access to and use of the Intevoo platform,
- rights and obligations of users,
- legal responsibilities applicable in Canada, France (GDPR), and Côte d'Ivoire.
Any use of Intevoo implies full acceptance of these TCU.
3. Access and Registration Conditions
- The platform is open to persons aged 16 and over.
- Users must provide accurate personal information (last name, first name, email, etc.) during registration.
- Each account is strictly personal and confidential.
- The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their password and any activity carried out under their account.
4. Use of Services

Intevoo offers:
- modern CV creation,
- portfolio design tools,
- cover letter generation via artificial intelligence,
- access to international job offers,
- a directory for recruiters looking for candidates.
Usage Conditions
- Services are reserved for legal professional and personal use.
- Any commercial use of data or intellectual property without authorization is strictly prohibited.
- The user agrees not to publish illegal, defamatory, or offensive content.
5. Compliance with Legislations: Canada - France - Côte d'Ivoire
Intevoo respects the legislations in force in the countries where it operates:
Canada (New Brunswick)
- Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA)
- Personal Health Information Access and Protection Act (PHIPAA) of New Brunswick
France
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and liberties (amended)
Côte d'Ivoire
- Law No. 2013-450 of June 19, 2013 relating to the protection of personal data
- Supervision by the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority of Côte d'Ivoire (ARTCI)

Intevoo collects:
- identification data (name, email),
- professional information (experience, training, certifications),
- user preferences and navigation data.

Data Retention
Data is stored securely on servers located in Canada and compliant with regulations applicable in France and Côte d'Ivoire.

The user agrees to:

9. Intevoo Obligations
Intevoo agrees to:
- Ensure reasonable availability of services (subject to technical maintenance).

10. Liability
Intevoo's Liability
Intevoo cannot be held liable for:
- errors in information provided by users,
- direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the platform,
- technical incidents (server failures, internet interruptions).
User's Liability
Users are solely responsible for content they publish and their interactions with third parties via the platform.
11. Intellectual Property
All elements of the Intevoo platform (code, graphics, templates, texts) are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written authorization is prohibited.
Users retain ownership of their content (CV, portfolios) but grant Intevoo a limited license to display and store this content within the framework of services.
12. Termination
By User: The user can delete their account at any time from their profile settings.
By Intevoo:
Intevoo reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of:
- violation of these TCU,
- fraudulent or illegal use of services,
- prolonged inactivity (more than 24 months).
After termination, personal data will be deleted within a maximum period of 30 days, unless legal obligations impose longer retention.
13. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Intevoo uses cookies to:
- improve user experience,
- analyze site traffic,
- personalize content.
Users can manage their cookie preferences from their browser settings.
In accordance with GDPR, explicit consent is required for non-essential cookies.
14. Applicable Law
- For users in Canada: The laws of New Brunswick and Canadian federal laws apply.
- For users in France: French law and GDPR apply.
- For users in Côte d'Ivoire: Ivorian laws and ARTCI regulations apply.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
