- AI cover letters: prompts, generated text

- Talent Pool: information made public if user activates 'public profile' mode
We never collect:
- sensitive data not necessary (ethnic origin, political opinions, health…)

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

- create and manage your account
- generate your CV, portfolio or cover letter
- allow you to apply for job offers
- allow recruiters to view your information if your profile is public
- improve user experience
- ensure security and legal compliance
- communicate with you (notifications, support)
Legal Compliance:
- ✔ GDPR (France/EU): legal base = consent + contract execution + legitimate interest
- ✔ Canada (PIPEDA): reasonable use and with consent
- ✔ Côte d'Ivoire (Law 2013-450): determined, explicit, and legitimate purposes
4. Data Sharing
We never sell data to third parties.
Data may be shared only with:

- Usage analysis

4.2. Recruiters and Companies

- you apply for a job offer, or
- you activate Public Profile mode to be visible in the Talent Pool

As Intevoo operates in Canada, Africa, and Europe, data may be transferred between these regions.
We guarantee that these transfers respect:
- GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses)
- PIPEDA (Canada)
- Ivorian data protection authority (ARTCI)
All transfers are secure and limited to the strict minimum.
6. Data Retention
- Account data: as long as account is active
- Application data: up to 24 months
- User-deleted data: erased within 30 days
- Technical logs: maximum 12 months
User can request complete deletion at any time.

11. Minors
Intevoo is intended for persons aged 16 and over.
