Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) - Intevoo

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the rules and behaviors permitted or prohibited when using the Intevoo platform, including digital CV modules, portfolios, AI cover letters, and job offers. This policy applies to all users, including candidates, recruiters, visitors, team members, partners, and anyone accessing the service.

1. Acceptance of Policy

By using Intevoo, you accept:

  • the Acceptable Use Policy,
  • the Terms and Conditions of Use (TCU),
  • the Privacy Policy,
  • the Cookie Policy.

Any violation may lead to immediate account suspension, without refund if a subscription is active.

2. Authorized Use

Intevoo can be used for:

  • Creating a digital CV or professional portfolio
  • Generating personalized cover letters
  • Managing and applying for job offers
  • Browsing the Talent Pool
  • Recruiting candidates (for companies)
  • Developing professional online presence
  • Sharing professional and truthful content
  • Using AI in a strictly professional context

These uses must respect the laws in force in Canada, Côte d'Ivoire, France and internationally.

3. Prohibited Use

You must not use Intevoo for:

3.1. Illegal, offensive or dangerous content

Prohibition to publish or transmit:

  • hateful, racist, discriminatory, violent remarks
  • sexual, obscene or defamatory content
  • information aimed at harming an individual or community
  • documents stolen or protected by copyright

3.2. False information or fraud

Prohibition to:

  • falsify a CV or portfolio
  • impersonate a third party
  • publish false job offers
  • mislead users
  • manipulate recommendations or statistics

3.3. Illegal or unauthorized recruitment

Prohibited to:

  • publish fraudulent or non-existent offers
  • collect personal data without authorization
  • perform solicitation not compliant with local laws
  • use the platform to circumvent migration laws

3.4. Malicious or technical activities

Prohibited to:

  • attempt to access other users' data
  • bypass security systems
  • inject malicious code or viruses
  • scrape or extract data massively

3.5. Abusive commercial use

Prohibited to:

  • resell access to the platform
  • use Intevoo as a marketing base without authorization
  • automate massive applications without control

4. Recruiter Behavior

Recruiters commit to:

  • publishing only authentic offers
  • respecting labor and immigration laws
  • not discriminating based on race, sex, religion, orientation, disability, origin, age, etc.
  • responding to candidates transparently and professionally
  • processing personal data legally

Any recruiter not respecting these obligations may be suspended.

5. Candidate Behavior

Users must:

  • provide accurate and truthful information
  • not send abusive applications
  • respect recruiters and other users
  • not use Intevoo for spam or harassment

6. Account Security

Each user must:

  • keep credentials confidential
  • choose a secure password
  • inform Intevoo in case of suspected fraudulent access

Intevoo may temporarily suspend an account for security reasons.

7. AI Usage

Intevoo AI must be used only for:

  • creating cover letters
  • facilitating professional writing
  • improving profile content

Prohibition to use AI for:

  • generating false information
  • bypassing legal processes
  • producing spam or aggressive content

8. Respect for International Laws

Intevoo applies laws:

  • GDPR (EU / France)
  • PIPEDA (Canada)
  • Law 2013-450 / Côte d'Ivoire
  • International cybersecurity standards

Any legal violation may be reported to competent authorities.

9. Consequences of Non-Compliance

Depending on severity, Intevoo can:

  • temporarily suspend the account
  • permanently delete the account
  • block access to certain features
  • report abuse to authorities
  • cooperate with law enforcement

10. Policy Modification

Intevoo can modify this policy at any time.

In case of major change, users will be notified.
